RED RIBBON/SPIRIT WEEK—10/24-31

 MONDAY: “MY FUTURE IS BRIGHT, NO DRUGS IN SIGHT”—Wear neon shirts, hair bows, socks, and/or sunglasses.
TUESDAY: “PUT A CAP ON DRUGS DAY”—Students may wear a cap to school.
WEDNESDAY: “JOIN THE TEAM AGAINST DRUGS”—Students may wear a team jersey or sports shirt. A solid color shirt must be worn under any mesh jerseys.
THURSDAY: “I CHOOSE TO BE DRUG FREE”—Students may wear red shirts, socks, hair bows, belts, or shoe laces.
FRIDAY: “PROUD TO BE A HURRICANE”—Students may wear blue and silver shirts, socks, hair bows, belts, or shoe laces.
NOTE: STUDENTS MUST WEAR UNIFORM BOTTOMS EVERYDAY. SUNGLASSES MUST BE TAKEN OFF IN THE CLASSROOM. STUDENTS SHOULD BRING A UNIFORM TO SCHOOL WITH THEM EACH DAY IN CASE THEY NEED TO CHANGE.
MONDAY, OCTOBER 31—“SAY BOO TO DRUGS”—Students may wear Halloween costumes to school.
NOTE: COSTUMES MAY NOT INCLUDE PLAY WEAPONS OF ANY KIND OR BLOOD. NO MASKS MAY BE WORN OR BROUGHT TO SCHOOL. REMEMBER THAT ALL ITEMS MUST BE SCHOOL APPROPRIATE. IF YOU CHOSE TO WEAR PANTS THAT CORRESPOND WITH THE COSTUME, THEY MUST BE PANTS AND NOT LEGGINGS, SHORTS OR SKIRTS. IF YOUR COSTUME IS A DRESS YOU MUST WEAR LEGGINGS UNDERNEATH. TOPS MUST HAVE FULL LENGTH OR SHORT SLEEVES.  STUDENTS SHOULD BRING A UNIFORM TO SCHOOL WITH THEM IN CASE THEY NEED TO CHANGE.
